Lead With Love Training Co./Autism Travel Club Subscriber Terms and Conditions:

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE INITIATING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.  All users of Lead With Love Training Co. (LWLT), dba Autism Travel Club (ATC) products and/or services agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions.

The Lead With Love Training Co. has developed the Terms and Conditions to ensure the greatest level of support to people with autism and their families.  It is expected that all LWLT Subscribers will represent themselves appropriately and abide by the LWLT Terms and Conditions.  Violation of the Terms and Conditions may result in revocation of your enrollment.

Definitions

In these Subscription Terms:

• “Subscriber” is a business that has been endorsed by an approved Lead With Love Training Co. (LWLT) affiliate, accepted as a subscriber of Lead With Love Training Co. and has submitted payment
• The owners of the subscription site and the individuals with the right to seek legal action if a subscriber breaches any of the Terms and Conditions.
• “Us”: Individuals working for Lead With Love Training Co.

Subscriber Obligations

1. When you subscribe to a training module with LWLT, you’re accepted once payment is submitted and agree to the following:
2. Provide a discount and/or service to Autism Travel Card Club members
3. Agree to institute the utmost customer care and accommodations as detailed in the online training module.
4. Share your status as being Autism Ready

2. No refunds will be given on subscription fees.
3. As a Member, you acknowledge that your credential is valid for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase.  On your renewal date your certification will need to be renewed with your preferred form of payment.

Upon expiration of a credential, the usage of any ATC digital badge will be immediately terminated.

Rules of Conduct

1. Subscribers and their employees shall at all times act with integrity and avoid any actions or situations that are inconsistent with the training and Terms and Conditions written on this page.
2. Subscribers and their employees shall at all times be mindful of their attitude and behavior towards families with autism and Autism Travel Club Card members. Discrimination, insults and/or poor service will not be tolerated and will result in termination of the subscription and all of its benefits.
3. As a Member, you agree to take full responsibility for all your actions and decisions and in no way hold LWLT/ATC or any of its affiliates responsible for the outcomes thereof. 

Rules of Use and Intellectual Property Rights

1. LWLT/ATC subscription consists of a variety of video trainings, PDFs and recordings. You should assume that everything you see or read on the Site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted and may not be used except as provided in these Terms and Conditions 
2. By subscribing you agree that all the content inside is solely meant for your employee’s personal use and they do not have any rights to download it, share it, transfer it or reproduce it unless provided with written consent from site owners. This includes all content from the subscription site (www.leadwithlovetraining.com and autismtravel.club).
3. We will not accept content that is likely to offend and reserve the right to remove it.
4. You are responsible for each and every access or use of the subscription site that occurs in conjunction with use of your business’ Coupon Code.
5. Employee use of their username and password is conclusive evidence that they have accessed the module.
6. Employees must keep their username and password confidential.
7. Employees must not allow any third party to access the site using their username and password.

Application process

1. When accepted and payment processed, access to the online module will be provided by an onboarding document, providing employees with the proper link, coupon code specific to your business and enrollment procedures to access the specified training module.

Payments

1. Payments can be made via credit card, Paypal, Zelle or bank transfer

Indemnity

1. If a subscriber employee is found to be negligible of any of the terms and conditions and rules, he/she agrees to keep us indemnified of all losses, expenses, damages and costs incurred by us in respect of any misleading statements, and/or acts, and/or omissions that may be carried by him/her against us.
2. If a subscriber does not get the desired results as part of the subscription, he/she agrees to not pursue any legal action against any member of LWLT/ATC. We cannot be held responsible for whether subscribers choose to implement our teachings and advice, and for whether they implement them in the right way.
3. Being a LWLT/ATC subscriber or employee of a subscriber does not insinuate in any way that you are an employee of LWLT or have special clearance or authority beyond what is granted to you by your license or employer.  Subscribers may use the digital badge on digital and printed media when the subscription remains valid and up to date.

Confidentiality

1. All subscribers agree to keep any and all Confidential information obtained about any of the other subscribers, or LWLT/ATC and the owners confidential. “Confidential information” relates to any information concerning the business, finances, or affairs of the other subscribers which is not in the public domain. This clause shall survive termination of the Contract.

Third Parties

LWLT does not endorse the content on any third-party websites and is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites, sites framed within a third-party website, or third-party advertisements, and does not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such sites.

General

1. An agreement is confirmed by finalizing the application process and submitting the payment, as the agreement can be viewed from the application.
2. The Terms and Conditions of this website shall constitute the entire agreement between you and LWLT and shall supersede all prior engagements, written or oral, relating to the subject matter.
3. Should any of these terms come into dispute, they shall be interpreted under context of South Carolina Law.
4. If for any reason any of the clauses contained within this agreement are deemed to be invalid in the eyes of a court in a particular jurisdiction, then we reserve the right to rely on the enforceability of all remaining terms under this agreement.
5. We reserve the right to alter our terms and conditions. By using the website and private Facebook group, you are automatically bound by these terms and the onus is on you to keep yourself informed of any changes that we carry out, without further notice to you.
